Each ZIGMANT KANSTUL instrument embodies a meticulous attention to detail - from hand-fitted monel pistons to long-lasting brass valve guides (most models). Each incorporates thoughtful quality features such as positive third valve slide stops, hand-fitted slides, and Amado positive-sealing water keys (most models). Each can be ordered and individually customized to suit the needs of the artist in a choice of finishes.

Now Kanstul has recaptured its unmistakable look, solid feel and soaring sound in a modern masterpiece -- the Kanstul "Chicago" model. Handcrafted with one-piece bell, handfitted Monel pistons and meticulous quality in every detail. Choice of ML or MLP (.460, .464 or .470) bores in trumpets, lacquer or silver plate.

Also available we now have the Chicago flugelhorn. It's a doubler's dream, easy blowing, compact and light. Classic flugelhorn sound with superb intonation. All complete with double gig bag and genuine Kanstul mouthpiece.

Kanstul CUSTOM CLASS brings the concept of hand-crafted quality into the intermediate price level, typically applied to mass-produced instruments. But these are truly "hand-crafted" in the same manner as Kanstul's professional instruments - with hand-hammered bells, hand-fitted monel pistons, and hand-fitted slides. Every detail is of the highest quality. And the term custom truly applies to all of these fine instruments which can be customized with optional features, material, and finishes. Each can be ordered with brass, copper, or bronze bell and in three finishes - clear lacquer, silver plated or raw.
