We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information that you provide to us on our website when you make a purchase or send us a comment is maintained in private files on our secure web server and in our internal systems. Your personal information (ie: name, address, email, telephone, and credit card information) will not be shared with anyone. We will not sell, rent, or share any of your personal information with anyone.
Shipping Policy
All US orders are shipped by FedEx, fully insured. All orders will be processed on the first business day following the day the order was received. Bruce Haag Brass Studios requires a minimum of one business day to process and pack all orders. Orders are shipped 1 to 2 business days after the order is received. We make every attempt to ship out orders on the following business day. Please note that the minimum order processing time of one business day remains in effect even for overnight delivery requests. Thank you for your cooperation.For orders to other countries please contact us for special shipping arrangements and pricing quotes. Bruce Haag Brass Studios is not responsible for customs fees levied by other countries.
Instrument Order Policy
You may custom order any instrument from the current Schilke and Kanstul catalogues. Delivery time for Kanstul instruments is 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery time for Schilke instruments is up to 1 year due to their limited production and rigorous standards. Some models are currently “in the pipeline” and will be available sooner. Please inquire as to the specific models currently on order and as to their availability.Instrument orders require a 50% deposit. The balance is due shortly before the instrument will be shipped. Cancellation of an order may result in a $250.00 cancellation fee charged at the sole discretion of Bruce Haag Brass Studios. A minimum of $50.00 will be charged for any instrument order cancellation.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from us. If you are unsatisfied with your retail purchase for any reason, we will replace or refund your purchase, not including shipping or processing fees, within 10 days of receipt of order for non-instrument orders, within 3 days of receipt of order for any musical instrument, excluding custom orders which may include a $250.00 return fee charged at the sole discretion of Bruce Haag Brass Studios. Please email or call us immediately (within 48 hours) if you received a damaged item. The following conditions apply:
- Return policy is within 10 days of receipt of your retail order, 3 days for any instrument as noted above
- Instruments having visible marks, dents or scratches may not be returned for refund
- Receipt must accompany all returns
- Bruce Haag Brass Studios is not responsible for postage/shipping
- Original shipping charges cannot be refunded
- Bruce Haag Brass Studios is not responsible for lost items or items to the wrong address
- No international returns will be accepted
